Something to Share for the upcoming Holidays...

Dawn’s FAMOUS Coconut Cake

1 White Cake Mix (or coconut flavor)
1 Can Coconut Cream
1 Can Sweeten Condensed Milk
1 Large tub Cool Whip
1 bag flaked Coconut

Bake cake mix as directed in a 11X14 baking dish
In small bowl combine the can of Coconut Cream and Sweeten Condensed Milk
As soon as you remove the cake from the oven poke holes in the top of the cake. The more holes the better.
Pour coconut cream and Sweeten Condensed Milk mixture over the top of the hot cake
Once the cake cools top with cool whip and sprinkle heavily with coconut flakes.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.

Niki and Lawrence

I had the privilege of shooting Niki and Lawrence's wedding this weekend. Such a honor to work with a couple that is as grounded in God as they are. God has really worked on me since I have started my business and has surrounded me with clients such as these two that renew my faith and remind me of the reasons why I do what I do. I have been working long hours trying to knock this wedding out before the next one comes. Its been fun, but its hard to do when you are working full time. Still I love it! I love seeing the end result. Looks like we're going to have another AW SOME album!
