I was at the in-laws house this weekend for a birthday party and pulling up into the driveway I noticed a beautiful yellow rose. Of course I had my camera in the car so after a few minutes I rushed outside to catch the perfect light. Its amazing how changing your angle or settings on the camera can create a totally different effect. The first two are taken with a standard lens. The last one I added a 3X magnifier to the lens and can you say wow! Have you ever gotten lost in a flower? I did. The last image I snapped while having a nice conversation sitting on the deck. The fading fall leaf on the aging wood was perfect to me. You never know when the perfect picture is waiting.
